Oversaw the project launch of our 2 website bot apps for DHS Client. The bot app allowed over 2,500+ users to get questions answered in a timely by live agents.

Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborated with developers to set up the web app

• Created the data sets to fit client services

• Uploaded the company’s branding into the backend

• Created employee’s accounts

• Managed training calls with live agents

• Communicated with corporate digital teams to troubleshoot issues

• Analyze & report data to internal stake holders
