Achievements & Responsibility’s:

• Oversaw the project launch of our 2 website chat bot apps for a DHS Client.

• The website chat bot app allowed over 2,500+ users to get questions answered in a timely by live agents and AI since 2021.

• Trained 10 employee’s on how to use platform. Created SOP, additional training documents and training videos

• Collaborated with internal stakeholders, vendor on setting up account, getting data sets to fit client services, uploaded company’s branding into the backend

• Created employee’s accounts

• Communicated with corporate digital teams to troubleshoot issues

• Analyze & report data to internal stake holders
