Launched the employment search tool, Snagpad in 2019.

Snagpad is a tool that allows users to get access to employment opportunities from our job developers and also keep track of their employment search through gamification and accountability features.

Achievements and Responsibilities:

• Conducted over 40 live training sessions for over 500+ employees

• Oversaw 457 jobs added into system

• Added 4,543 participants accounts

• Uploaded all branding colors and logo’s

• Designed training manuals and training videos

• Analyze and report data on a weekly basis
