I led the launch of the Virtual Job Fair Platform in 2024 and oversee platform as the product manager

Achievements & Responsibilities:

• Promoted the job fairs and saw over 150 users join the platform during live virtual job fairs on a quarterly basis

• Trained a staff of 15 on how to use the platform and help users during live events

• Created the SOP, training documents and training videos

• Showcased technology to leadership and internal stakeholders

• Reported data to internal stakeholders
